Zoya Naked Manicure Mini Professional Kit - Review!

Hello! I hope you're having a great day! We're almost at the close of February, which means spring is coming soon. What that has to do with what I want to share with you today, I'm not sure, but I'm pretty excited for the end of winter and the beginning of spring and fairer weather.
This is what I truly want to talk about in this post: the Zoya Naked Manicure Mini Professional Kit! I talked a bit about this set in my previous post about my nail polish haul, but I wanted to give you guys a more extensive review. I'm actually kind of happy that I waited to make this post because Zoya just announced a special deal on this set! It normally retails for $35, but as of now, February 26, 2016, you can get this set for $20 shipped! If you're at all interested in trying out the Naked Manicure system, don't wait and definitely take advantage of this deal.

Nail Polish Haul! - OPI, Zoya, Butter London, & Formula X!

If you've read more than a handful of my blog posts, then it should be pretty obvious that I love nail polish. It's my absolute favorite cosmetic product to collect since it lasts for years without going bad (very few, if any, organisms can survive in nail polish, so it doesn't spoil easily), it's fairly inexpensive and easy to find on sale, and I feel comfortable wearing any color, anywhere (I love unique colors, but I don't always want to wear pastel purple lipstick to Target, especially if I don't feel like putting on any other makeup). Even if my face is completely bare (which it is more often than not), there's something about having on a purple holographic nail polish that makes me feel put-together.

For this post, I want to share with you some of the nail polishes I've picked recently (...and not so recently). I only have swatches of a couple of them, but I've worn most of them at least once by now so I can tell you how they perform and how the color on the nail differs from the color in the bottle.

Memebox Haul! - Etdue House, Too Cool For School, Berrisom, & More!

Hello! I hope you're having a great day! For this post, I want to share with you a recent order I received from Memebox!
Memebox is a website where you can purchase a variety of K-Beauty products from well-known brands such as Etdue House, Holika Holika, and Tonymoly. They also offer special boxes, both mystery and not, where you can get a good deal on an assortment of products. Memebox used to focus a lot more on their boxes, and they've gone through quite a few design changes (I swear, the website looks completely different every time I visit it), but now they're more focused on their store and their own line of beauty products.

While Korean beauty products are much, much easier to get a hold of in the U.S. now (a lot of mainstream retailers, like Sephora and Ulta, carry Korean brands), I still find that Memebox is a great resource to purchase unique and interesting products at a reasonable price (plus they ship from the U.S. now so things get to you much, much faster!).

Urban Decay XX Vice Ltd Reloaded Palette - Swatches & First Impressions!

Hello! Hope you're having a great day! For this post, I want to share with you the Urban Decay XX Vice Ltd Reloaded eye shadow palette.
Ooo, fancy box! This is a special, Ulta-exclusive palette that's supposed to celebrate 20 years of Urban Decay eye shadow. You can't even buy this from Urban Decay directly; only from Ulta and This palette is very similar to the lime green Ltd palette both in price (this palette is $56; normal Vice palettes are $60) and idea (a mixture of past Urban Decay shadows instead of a bunch of new ones). Unlike the original Ltd palette, there are some new shades in this one, but it's mostly a mixture of some of Urban Decay's (UD's) most iconic shadows, include some old discontinued ones.

January 2016 Birchbox - The Year Of... - Unboxing & Review!

Hello! Hope you're having a great day! For this post, I want to share with you my January 2016 Birchbox!
This is my "actual" Birchbox for January; I also received the curated K-Beauty box from January, but I purchased that separately. I wanted to get the K-Beauty box, but I also really wanted one of the sample choice products for January, which is why I ended up getting both! Because this was my actual box, these are the products that I was able to review and earn Birchbox points for (I was not able to review the products in the K-Beauty box since they counted as a "purchase" and not part of my subscription).

January 2016 Birchbox - On Trend: Korean Beauty - Unboxing and Review!

Hello! Hope you're staying warm this winter (or cool if you live in the southern hemisphere and it's summer)! For this post, I want to share with you the special Korean Beauty-themed box that Birchbox released in January 2016.
During sample choice, you could have opted to get this box instead of your normal, semi-mystery Birchbox. I actually went with my normal, semi-mystery box since I really wanted to try one of the other sample choices (which I'll talk about in a subsequent post), but Birchbox put this curated box up for sale at a special price of $10 with free shipping for subscribers (it was $15 plus shipping for non-subscribers). I had $10 worth of points saved up (which is not hard to do), so I essentially got this box for free!
